Techie! I loved being able to deal with my sales person Jennifer via text and email for most of the steps. I have a busy life and don't actually live near the dealership and it was nice not to have to spend hours in the building just deciding what options and such I would like. Buying a car form the comfort of your own home is awesome lol. Once it was time to go in everyone was great. Thank you Jordan for making the finance part run smoothly! This is my second vehicle form Crosstown and I absolutely would again! Thanks again to Jennifer for going out of her way on her weekend off and bringing me a Jeep to test drive! More

Unorganized "QUIK LUBE" Attended QUIK LUBE this AM. Sat outside for 30 minutes and when inside watched 2 employees in rack 1 attending their power drinks while 1 employee di Attended QUIK LUBE this AM. Sat outside for 30 minutes and when inside watched 2 employees in rack 1 attending their power drinks while 1 employee did a tire rotation. Bays 1 & 2 were not utilized properly. I used to own a service station and I'd have gone broke operating the way the QUIK LUBE operated today. 1 hour and 10 minutes for a simple oil & filter AND did not even have the windshield cleaned. Maybe that's not part of your service but I know a place that will do the same job in half the time for the same price, without an appointment and will clean the windshield & honor my warranty. I don't have to drive the extra half hour either. Very disgusted. By the way, Cassie was very pleasant to deal with and was attentive and honest. More

VIP STYLE This was our second purchase from Jerry. So we have gotten to know him pretty good. Jerry is such a kind guy, he always has a warm smile to greet you, This was our second purchase from Jerry. So we have gotten to know him pretty good. Jerry is such a kind guy, he always has a warm smile to greet you, he really listens and he is very patient with us. As we normally come in not really knowing what we really want. Well this time our buddy Jerry found us our mini van that we are very happy with. It will fit our future needs better. During this time our buddy Jerry left for vacation didn't even invite us..... what was up with that??? :) He did leave us in the hands of Patrick who is very easy to get along with Patrick took great care of us even when we had to wait a bit after seeing Shawn who is a super nice guy and very informative. Patrick kept us company and entertained. While I waited on another day for the pkg to be installed, and the van to be cleaned Patrick would check up on me and make sure I was o.k.. The shuttle driver John was super nice got me to my doc apt on time and picked me up promptly. They treat you like a VIP at Cross Town and take care of you like an old friend. Thanks also to Sarah for all her help. Maybe our third purchase will get us a trip with :) Jerry Jo?????? :) Love Shopping at Cross Town its our home for auto purchases always friendly and helpful. Thank You to every one who makes the magic happen while we shop stress free. Thanks Again Jason and April Friend. More
