He was straight up and to the point, and got me an amazing deal on the truck I wanted. Took me out for a test drive, then even took my dad out for one as well the next day. He was helpful finding an insurance company that would fit my budget and worked with me and my financial situation to get me the absolute best deal. The sale took over two days to do because of my schedule but he worked with me and even turned off his phone to just talk with me. I highly recommend crosstown, and most definitely recommend Al! The experience with Al was great, we went for a great test drive in the Jeep, he provided some excellent insight and knowledge about owning and operating a JEEP, explained all the options and the ones that I thought I wanted/needed he told me specifically if they made sense for me to get based on my expected usage. I had some delays and frustration with some of the process that day that was out of Al's control but Al took great care of me and helped to turn it into a very good overall experience. More

He gave me a tour of the dealership and I quickly noticed all the little details that are taken, to make sure the customer feels appreciated.
