Oil Left on Engine after Oil Change Oil Filler Cap not installed properly. Oil splashed on top of engine and not wiped up. After checking fluids and doing oil change, employee doing wo Oil Filler Cap not installed properly. Oil splashed on top of engine and not wiped up. After checking fluids and doing oil change, employee doing work should have inspected that there was oil splashes on motor and that oil filler cap was not properly installed. More

If U want professionals - go to Crosstown!! We have been looking for a new Jeep Sport S for some time, did not realize there were NONE available in Western Canada. Called several dealerships but We have been looking for a new Jeep Sport S for some time, did not realize there were NONE available in Western Canada. Called several dealerships but only Colin from Crosstown came through for us. Although we could not find the Sport, he found us a Sahara which we are thrilled with. He was so enthusiastic and kept us informed reguarding delivery from Calgary etc. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who is good at what they do and understands his customers needs. More

Need to pay more attention I brought my vehicle in for service and an oil change and dropped it off at 7:30am, by the time I go through the process of getting it in the system, I brought my vehicle in for service and an oil change and dropped it off at 7:30am, by the time I go through the process of getting it in the system, I missed my ride to work. I thought no big deal, I will use the shuttle service. BIG mistake, I will never use the shuttle service again. I waited until 9:15 that's the time the first of 2 shuttle buses arrived. I work a 5 minutes drive away and should have just walked to work. I would suggest you look at how many vehicles are coming in and add the appropriate drivers to help get those people waiting back to work. Or try using one vehicle for short hauls and make the people that have to go all the way south wait. Not sure why people on the southside bring their vehicle all the way to the north. When i asked how long the shuttle was away from picking us up, after already waiting 30 minutes, I was told both vehicles were on the southside and would be 45 minutes yet. There must be a program that customers could add their name to and it optimize a list for the drivers. The driver that was picking us up spent another 20 minutes organizing everyone and verifying where they were going and trying to track people down for the trip. The last time i brought my vehicle in for an oil change and fix a light it took 2 days beacause they were so busy. I was asked by the custoemr service lasy to give this dealership another chance. This time it took 90 minutes to get a shuttle to bring me to St. Albert Trail. I think i am going to try the Londonderry location and see if they care for their customers more. The lady that put my car in the system was fast and professional, but because of the shuttle wait, i rate the customer service as Fair at best. people at the counter noticed us sitting there waiting. They should be able to react and make things happen instead of just giving us a 45 minute wait response. More

He forced me really hard to give my credit card info and wasn't very friendly when I didn't want to get the vehicle due to the fact that they couldn't come up with a vehicle with a cold weather package. It is better to not sell a potential customer anything than selling an inferior product that no one would buy. BE PROFESSIONAL More
