WOW! What Great Service!! Couldn't have asked for better service!! I had a bad experience at another Jeep dealership in the city and was about to give up on the brand all together. But Trevor exceeded my expectations! I had been referred by close friends who had just purchased a vehicle and said nothing but fantastic things about him! After calling to give him an idea of what I was looking for and $$ - he already started an amazing experience. Cars were looked at and pulled for me before our first meeting and it was clear that Trevor listened and cared about my needs and preferences; which as a new university grad purchasing their first car was extremely important to me. His service made me feel like I was valued and there was no doubt in my mind that he went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle I loved and fit all my criteria!! When it was time for financing, Mario was perfect! He took an interest in getting to know about my recent graduation & start of a new career and was able to understand what I needed and never tried to upsell me coverages he knew didn't fit with me. Will definitely be coming back to Crosstown ! More

Manny found me a perfect car right away and walked me through the whole process with laughter and such a kind heart. I was never left alone or confused about anything going on. The managers were also very friendly and came in often to let me know what was going on and keep me in the loop. I was very impressed by hunsy. Also Mario did my finiacing and he made it go so smooth and really bent over backwards to make it easy for my grandfather. I will never go to another car lot ever again crosstown is my place. They all bent over backwards for me I would recommend to everyone. More

New truck purchase I have bought quite a few trucks in the past but this was by far the best experience I have had. I dealt with Dwayne Bubley and he was awesome, never I have bought quite a few trucks in the past but this was by far the best experience I have had. I dealt with Dwayne Bubley and he was awesome, never felt like he was trying to sell me a truck, just a couple of guys talking. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the truck and all aspects of the deal. Restored my faith in dealerships. Mario in finance was great, answered all my questions straight forward and never pushed on the extras. I hope I have the opportunity to deal with these two gentleman again. More

Fast efficient and super cool! I was t-boned before Christmas and was in a rental until Jan 2 when I was given 5 days to shop for a new vehicle. I was short on time, dealing with insurance and carrying negative equity. I was stressed out and needed wheels asap. I walked into Crosstown on a Monday and left with my new truck Tuesday. Robbie and Moose went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck and Lyle worked his number magic. I got excellent service and not once did I feel like I was just another sale. I'm loving my 1500 and I have the guys at Crosstown to thank! More

Not impressed overall I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for what seems to not be that great. The heated seats are in now getting looked at because they stopped working. My boyfriend and I were not impressed at the heating capabilities of the car and had it in to get checked. The service guy told me to turn the Heat up and it would be hotter. Oh thanks! Not. It just seems to take longer than it should and each time to go in things seems to be unorganized and more of a hassle than I expect. Not a hassle free experience in my opinion. More

Drove away the same day! Dwayne really knew what I needed to do to get the vehicle I was after and we were in an out in just a few hours. Forgot some cd's in the 6 pack player in my trade-in and phoned back to have them removed and they were there at the front desk when I popped by the next day.
