Unimpressive quality of workmanship completed During transport of my brand new car multiple scratches and damages were incurred. They were noted and specified upon my initial inspection. Scratches to the quarter panel were not repaired before the clear coat was put on, the roof was and is currently excellent. The quarter panel however has been a consistent fight from the beginning. They had tried to repair them 4 times and not done it properly. A simple removal and repaint would have sufficed but instead they tried to buff and have now left white fuzz under the reapplication of clear coat after the last repair. This is which I have been told to deal with and am currently in a pending approval to even have it corrected with Chrysler Canada. I would not recommend ever purchasing a vehicle from them based on the way they handle issues. Don't get me wrong in them having great customer relations prior to this. I had a rocky start at the used department but all went well in the new car tower. Trevor was a great sales associate the entire way through the purchase and did his diligence until the end as much as possible in regards to repairs. Annie is service is currently trying have the outstanding issues resolved but receives no co operation from the dealership management or chrysler. She has stood beside me and always tried to make the repairs as best as possible but can only do so much. Therefore my overall rating is its a good dealer but has many flaws and poor management backing it. The lack of ability to deal with customer issues and complaints is great. If it was possible there would be few people I would advise to work with there and if any damages were done by the lot of service to immediately use another dealer to have the issues resolved. As well if you do need issues resolved Annie can help as the dealer principal Joe Medina will not ever answer any issues or contact you about them. More

I was extremely hesitant to go through a dealership because I didn't want to deal with some to Dwayne Bubley and the staff that was working with him. I was extremely hesitant to go through a dealership because I didn't want to deal with someone who just wanted to sell me a car. Dwayne was wonderful to work with and made sure I was happy with my choice, he even listened to me! Dwayne even took the time to fill up my new car for me when the rest of the staff was busy with other customers. Much appreciated! More

LUV MY CAR,BUT HATE THE DEALERSHIP!!!! Another dealership to scratch off the list I found the exact vehicle I was looking for on Crosstown's internet. My salesman Dwayne was very helpful & friendly. I thought, "I finally found a go I found the exact vehicle I was looking for on Crosstown's internet. My salesman Dwayne was very helpful & friendly. I thought, "I finally found a good dealership to deal with". We made an offer on the vehicle. Took my trade in the next day and the deal was done. The vehicle I purchased had a repair to be done and would not be ready for a couple days. Also it only had one key and I was told that they would contact the previous owner to get the key or provide me with another one. I was reviewing the bill of sale and calculated that the price was $2,000 higher than what was agreed to. I contacted the business office to get the mistake corrected. After many calls back and forth I come to find out that the used car manager decided to give me $2,000 less for my trade & changed the numbers without even advising me. Brittany in the business office was very helpful & advised I would get $2,000 back as it was lack of communication on their part. I was told to call back in a couple weeks to pick up the cheque. We picked up our vehicle on Tuesday Sept 9th and left Wednesday for a short vacation. When we returned on Monday, I called Dwayne as he instructed to check on the key. He told me he would follow up with the previous owner (which I thought was laready done) and he would get back to me. Never received a call back. Since then I have called at least weekly and get the same answer -I'll check with the previous owner and call you back. I called the business office to check on my cheque and was told it got put in the mail. No one called to tell me it was ready. A week later and still no cheque! As of today, Oct 3, I have had 2 more payments taken out of my account for the vehicle I traded (Sept 9) plus one for the new vehicle. I called my bank only to find out that Crosstown just forwarded the funds to them today to pay out the trade. More
Crosstown is the place to go!!! I went there to buy a truck and the service was amazing. I did a lot of homework and checked out a lot of other dealerships and this one was the best I went there to buy a truck and the service was amazing. When I decide to buy another vehicle Crosstown will definitly be the place. I will recomend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to Crosstown. More
