I understand that you reside outside the Edmonton area and would like to thank you for coming to our service department to have the oil & filter change, vehicle inspection and to have your vehicle cleaned. We do apologize that this took from 10 am – 3:30 pm. It is important that we communicate the status of your vehicle during your service visit. We are sorry to hear that the service advisor took a lunch break and did not advise you of your vehicle status. We do take these reviews seriously and have regular discussions on where we went wrong and what we can work on to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
