"J JO" is the way to Go!!! My wife and I walked in with an appointment to meet Jerry. I mentioned a truck was a preference but parking space is a concern. He suggested drive a model home and see if it will fit in the garage! We did and found the truck was not the best option. That simple suggestion made the rest of my vehicle buying experience easy. We opted for a Cherokee instead. Jerry worked very hard finding the right colour/option packages to suit our needs. He let us test drive different models, brought various colour/interior combinations for us to see and sit in. Jerry is very knowledgable on the vehicles and the nuances between models and options available. Drove home our new vehicle the same day. When I stated I had been purchasing vehicles and making payments for many years and could filter through the jargon, I was treated properly and for that reason they earned my business. Love the environment, a great experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, now will see how the aftermarket warranty service is. In my experience, not so good with any, always great on purchase, Hope the same holds true in the after purchase experience. Looking forward to putting the Jeep name to the test. More
