We walked in with high expectations as my parents are faithful, loyal patrons of Crosstown. We knew when we were ready to look at an SUV this was where we would go, and we DO NOT regret our decision, and can say with confidence that our future vehicle purchases will be made here. Patrick was friendly and personable and easy to talk to right off the bat, and absolutely insured we were comfortable at every turn, and confirmed with us everything we were looking for. Jerry was a huge help as well and both guys were so fun to deal with. What we were anticipating to be a stressful experience ended up being fun and easy and completely positive. We are not exaggerating when we say we left truly feeling like family and we absolutely will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Crosstown. We expected to leave with a base model older Durango and we left with a 2014 citadel. These guys busted their butts all day for us and we don't take that lightly. It was a very long day, but not miserable by any means. We felt very well taken care of and never like we were on our own in this process. Super positive experience and we're looking forward to our next service appt so we can hang out at Crosstown and say hi to these guys!! More

Terrible Customer Service This Dealer is nothing but a bunch or crooks they stole money from me, i traded in my 2011 Ford Escape, they said that they would be taking 4000 off m This Dealer is nothing but a bunch or crooks they stole money from me, i traded in my 2011 Ford Escape, they said that they would be taking 4000 off my new vehicle and the rest owing would be added back on. only to subtract what i owed just to add it back on? for example: lets say i owed 14000 they should have subtracted 4000 then added 10000 back on but thats not what they did effectively giving no money for my trade in..... I can't believe the difference between them and the $10,000 dollars St Albert Dodge tried to scam me for on my trade. The people at Crosstown are a fine example of excellent customer service and a business that doesn't need to make its whole year profit on one client. I'd definitely buy from them again. More

I have always heard of the great service at Crosstown and have wanted to be a customer for years. I tried other dealerships and they couldn't get me into a trade or even felt like they tried other options. I believe I was meant to be a Crosstown customer all along! I was also very pleased to know that they will deliver my baby too as I live in Wainwright! Now Al is working on getting my husband into his dream vehicle. Both times, we have dealt with Mohamed Shuke ( simply Shuke as he likes). I would prefer not to deal with anyone else. He is great to talk with, very accommodating, and explains everything to us. He helped us trade in our 2013 Ram for a 2015, and even with a loan buyout, got us a cheaper payment than what we had. More
