Wonderful experience My son was looking for a vehicle so we went to Crosstown to just look. He spotted a Chrysler 200 and liked the way the front end looked. Marin Fakhreddine met us on the lot, introduced himself and said if we had any questions, please call him. We appreciated the fact that he was not pushy. As we looked and decided my son wanted to take the car for a test drive Mazin was most obliging. As we made the deal on the vehicle I was very impressed by his knowledge and kindness. Excellent Service So Easy This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own my husband always did those things. I was at the dealership with my daughter looking for a 4x4 Jeep. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own my husband always did those things. I was at the dealership with my daughter looking for a 4x4 Jeep. No one jumped on us as soon as we got there we were able to look around at all the Jeeps that we were interested in and then we approached a salesman when we were ready for information. That was Al Dewan he treated us like he would have wanted his wife and daughter treated. He made sure i was well informed about the vehicle and went through all of the features and computer capabilities that the vehicle has so that I understood them and felt comfortable.He walked us through the facility to make sure I knew where to go for my oil changes and service. This experience was stress free from the moment we got there.I really appreciated all the help and friendly service we received. More

There for YOU not the deal It was our first time buying a brand new vehicle. We had a few ideas in mind that we wanted to ensure that we get the most bang for our buck. We were It was our first time buying a brand new vehicle. We had a few ideas in mind that we wanted to ensure that we get the most bang for our buck. We were skeptical of Salespeople ambushing us and making us feel overwhelmed, but we entered regardless and to our surprise it was a very calm environment. We walked around the showroom and still no salespeople bombarding us. We then decided that we did want to speak to a salesperson and walked up to the reception desk and asked a very friendly financial person that we would love to speak to someone about purchasing a new vehicle today. He introduced us to Patrick Rego! Wow we were seriously impressed with his sales tatics, he greeted us with a friendly hello and handshake asked what he could do for us today. We informed him of our financial needs, but yet we wanted to put in a vehicle that was less than ordinary. Plus we had a vehicle that we wanted to trade in as well. Well first thing was first lets get the vehicle that we wanted to trade in off our hands, that went along rather smoothly and fast. The next item on the list a new vehicle, Patrick did everything he could to help us find a nice vehicle for a suitable price, and he did just that! a beautiful Cherry Red Blacked out Lared X-series ;). We were sold before we even drove it, but by this time it was fairly late in the night and yet Patrick didn't rush us and kept pushing for that perfect price just right for us! Plus we got a few other perks too that weren't too bad if I do say so myself. It's all because of Patricks hard work and exceptional customer service that we got the vehicle we have now and we couldn't have asked for anything better! Thanks Patrick! Nick & Sammie More

Very patient folks!! My wife and I stopped by Crosstown on a Saturday morning and were greeted by Nick. He took time to listen to what we were looking for and proceeded to My wife and I stopped by Crosstown on a Saturday morning and were greeted by Nick. He took time to listen to what we were looking for and proceeded to put a pile of miles on his sneakers over the next few hours. We left without a solid match but he had a very good idea of what we were looking for (that day anyways). Over the next few days we were in contact with Dave, Adam, Jeremy and then Lyle in finance. All great people and all spent a tremendous amount of time with us ensuring we were completely satisfied. I will say the truck we started looking for and the truck we ultimately purchased ended up being exactly (with the exception of the Cummins upgrade) what we were looking for - more importantly a better match for future plans. For real - these folks spent upwards of 8 hours looking after us and were very patient, pleasant, personable and very professional . We will be back and I look forward to future dealings with their after sales service. More

"J JO" is the way to Go!!! My wife and I walked in with an appointment to meet Jerry. I mentioned a truck was a preference but parking space is a concern. He suggested drive a model home and see if it will fit in the garage! We did and found the truck was not the best option. That simple suggestion made the rest of my vehicle buying experience easy. We opted for a Cherokee instead. Jerry worked very hard finding the right colour/option packages to suit our needs. He let us test drive different models, brought various colour/interior combinations for us to see and sit in. Jerry is very knowledgable on the vehicles and the nuances between models and options available. Drove home our new vehicle the same day.
