I was quite nervous about coming into such a large dealership, but the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. MOUSTAFA ZARANDAH answered every question and concern I had. By the time I was ready to sign the papers, I felt confident that he matched me with the right vehicle at the right price. He has so much skill and knowledge that I feel so pleased with the buying experience. A shout out to Robbie and Adam for making the financing happen. I am glad I didn't get the brown one after all. Service dept I have been having problems with my tires loosing air and have been going back to the dealership regularly to have all 4 tires checked. This was start I have been having problems with my tires loosing air and have been going back to the dealership regularly to have all 4 tires checked. This was starting to be way to habitual for my liking. The staff had always checked my tires happily but we could not get at the root of my problem. This time with the assistance of service staff Cassandra, Tyler (kyler??), and Jame, they took the time and responsibility to try and determine the source of my problem. ........ And they were successful. They fixed the problem, filled my tires and were very helpful and professional in doing so. Wouldn't recommend this dealership. Bought a 2014 Jeep Compass in sept. Took over 5 hours to trade in for a newer vehicle. Communication with sale's associate was very lacking. We found broken parts and took a lot of nagging to get it dealt with. The things that we were promised during the trade where hard to get, once again having to keep phoning to get what we were promised. Its been 5 months later and we are still trying to get something from the contract. With this being my second car I was very disappointed and very unhappy with how we where treated. This has been the worst experience buying anything in my life. More
