Fast efficient and super cool! I was t-boned before Christmas and was in a rental until Jan 2 when I was given 5 days to shop for a new vehicle. I was short on time, dealing with insurance and carrying negative equity. I was stressed out and needed wheels asap. I walked into Crosstown on a Monday and left with my new truck Tuesday. Robbie and Moose went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck and Lyle worked his number magic. I got excellent service and not once did I feel like I was just another sale. Not impressed overall I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for I bought a new car a few months ago and have not been impressed with crosstown autos service center. I had remote start installed and it was $600 for what seems to not be that great. The heated seats are in now getting looked at because they stopped working. My boyfriend and I were not impressed at the heating capabilities of the car and had it in to get checked. The service guy told me to turn the Heat up and it would be hotter. Oh thanks! Not. It just seems to take longer than it should and each time to go in things seems to be unorganized and more of a hassle than I expect. Not a hassle free experience in my opinion. More
