10 Star Customer Service! My son bought his new truck from Sarah and the service he received should be rated a 10 star! That's what made my husband and I return the next day to My son bought his new truck from Sarah and the service he received should be rated a 10 star! That's what made my husband and I return the next day to look for vehicles for ourselves. I had my heart set on a 2013 Jeep MOAB. Well, we all know that banks don't like it when we go from a new vehicle to a used vehicle and for a moment it looked like it wasn't going to happen.....TJ from the used department happened to be in that day earlier than expected, and he worked his magic and got me the deal I wanted with the payments I wanted! I don't know how he did it.....but I'm sure happy he did! Sarah went above and beyond to make this happen and with TJ's magic....I'm now driving the Jeep I had my heart set on. She wasn't going to stop until we were satisfied! We've been to a few dealerships in our time and we have never received the customer service we did here at Crosstown! I'm just sorry we didn't come here sooner. They make you feel like family and NOT ONCE did we hear the words "we can't do that for you" we heard "We're going to do our best to make it happen. if that's what you want, that's what we're going to do" that's an awesome dealership folks! Not many do that anymore. That's a dealership that CARES about us....the customer. Dave Comrie is one great guy....if you have a chance to meet him....you'll be glad you did....his humor is second to none and he cares about finding you the perfect vehicle. Now let's head to Finance, we had the pleasure of dealing with Olivia Rasa with our son's truck and she was awesome. My son had a bad experience in the past and he was apprehensive to say the least when it came to sitting in the "office". Olivia knew he needed to keep his payments low because of his other commitments and she made it happen. She said to him "we're just going to get this done for you without all the bells and whistles (add ons) because we know how important it is to you to keep your payments manageable" she was AMAZING and she restored his faith in Finance! Thank you Olivia! Our son has never been happier! Now for us, we had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy Hamilton.....what can we say about Jeremy other than he's truly the BEST! He's the coolest guy to sit and chat with. My hubby and him were chatting like long lost pals....and that's how we felt....like friends....it wasn't like a business transaction...it was a whole lot more! We walked away with my Jeep and my hubby's new 2015 Blk Ram Sport, both with the payments we wanted, the vehicles just how we wanted them and with smiles on our faces. Jeremy went above and beyond to take care of us. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle...look NO FURTHER all you need to do is go to Crosstown! We did and they now have customers for life. Thanks Crosstown....you're the best and if we could give you a 10 Star Rating we would!! More

Extremely helpful, and I feel they went above and beyond. Had no real intentions of really buying a truck at the time we visited, but was definately in the "lets look around" stage. We had bought a used Journey here before and had a very easy and stress free visit here last time. When we arrived we were greeted and shown around to some trucks that met our criteria, as well as some that pushed had some options we hadn't thought of. I found one that I really liked but was not sure if I wanted to make the leap into it at the moment. They told me to take it home for the weekend and enjoy it and see what I thought. Loved the truck and we came back to purchase the next day, and while we were waiting they even offered us lunch. Financing I feel did everything they could to find us the best deal, made it stress free, and even went so far as to call me back after I signed the first set of papers when they found that they could get us a better deal on some upgrades. Very happy with the whole process. More

Express Oil Change I've used the express service twice and it is so quick and easy. More importantly the service staff who greet you and take all the details and perform I've used the express service twice and it is so quick and easy. More importantly the service staff who greet you and take all the details and perform basic checks are so knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. Both times the young women in these roles are excellent customer service reps and know their jobs so well. They stay cool calm and smile even though they are extremely busy.. Of course the technicians are efficient and thorough as well. Kudos to Crosstown. More

Awesome Sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We walked into the dealership with a list of everything we would like in our next vehicle, my oldest daughter wanted Sirius XM and an audio jack and i We walked into the dealership with a list of everything we would like in our next vehicle, my oldest daughter wanted Sirius XM and an audio jack and i wanted power windows/locks and a RED truck. He went above and beyond what we expected. While I was there, he spoiled and played with my Grand Daughter while we were waiting for the Chrysler Representative to come talk to us. Turns out that he got me into a Brand New RAM 1500 for a little more a month then i was paying for my 2011 Dakota and i bought that used. Since i got my Ram in May, i have told everyone if there in need of a new (or used) vehicle to go see Moose. If i ever need an another vehicle i will be going back to him. Oil Change with a Smile I came in for an oil change on Friday and had the pleasure of dealing with Daxton. I was told it would be 10 minutes before my car was pulled in. It w I came in for an oil change on Friday and had the pleasure of dealing with Daxton. I was told it would be 10 minutes before my car was pulled in. It was about 10 min. exactly. I was then greeted by Daxton, who was very personable and made my experience very enjoyable. I was quoted 35 minutes for the oil change. When I returned to the oil change bay 30 min. later, my Jeep was done and Daxton had my paperwork ready to go. It is so nice to have all of your expectations met and to be treated with respect.
