Moose is amazing! When I started my car shopping I actually went to Goauto first.....well that was my first mistake. Went in looking for a car that will suit my life an When I started my car shopping I actually went to Goauto first.....well that was my first mistake. Went in looking for a car that will suit my life and actually found a car that fit. Well between the scummy salesmen and the lies even management did was unbelievable. Near the end of my experience I was left unsure on anything they were telling me and left feeling like this "car" shopping was not ment to be. Luckily for me I already knew how amazing Crosstown is and the staff. So I went down to Crosstown with a mission to only see Moose and see if he could make some sort of light of the situation I had gone threw at the other dealership. In a matter of 1 minute I knew I should of gone directly to Moose the first time! Moose is just an overall great guy that truly cares about the needs of his customers and is so down to earth. So after talking with him for an hour I was putting an offer in for 2016 Chrysler 200!!! I was shocked I could even consider getting something so new. Less then 24 hours later I got the call saying I got the car! Not only did he get me in to something so new but he went way below my budget. Something that the other dealership was not even close to. He bent over backwards for me. Moose has know sold my family 3 cars and we will never go anywhere else in the future. He is a family friend at this point and the only person I will ever recommend for people to go see. So if you are looking for someone you can trust with no bull**** and that will actually listen to every word you say go see Moose! Don't even second guess it! Thank you so much for everything you have done Moose and also the dealership! More

From the moment we visited Crosstown Auto Centre in Edmonton, the service was outstanding. Mario Hamdan was attentive to all our needs and very friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions and concerns and explained the options of the vehicle we were considering. We did not feel pressured. He worked with the sales manager, Husny Ismael, to get us the best deal possible and to put together a deal that we felt comfortable with. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. When they have the staff have gone out of their way to make a simple gesture to acknowledge that my time is important to them and that I am not just a number. Although they might not remember me by name there are a few who remember me by sight and have repeatedly approached to to make conversation and introduce themselves again. I am always impressed by my service and how I feel when I leave this dealership. Great Job!!! More

Quick, friendly, immediate service. I was ready for an oil change and service on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler, in the middle of the day. I was immediately welcomed by Cassandra, who did all the necessary computer entries and made me feel appreciated. A very nice aspect of this dealership is a well-stocked food bar --- truly one of the things I enjoy about Crosstown. I hadn't even finished grazing thru my very fine pasta soup and corned beef and cheddar wrap, when Cassandra came prancing in to tell me the work was done, and my Jeep was set to go. A fine experience! More

Crosstown We were very happy with our service at Crosstown today. We brought our Jeep in in the morning for an oil change and it done by noon. They listened to my concerns about the oil change being done properly as it wasn't the time before this. They cleared up all issues before also. Gave the rental and dropped it off at my house. I just went to look I came in to take a look at a special edition jeep because my friend told me the dealership had a jeep in my purple. Knowing everything I do about jee I came in to take a look at a special edition jeep because my friend told me the dealership had a jeep in my purple. Knowing everything I do about jeeps I didn't believe it because Canada doesn't have purple jeeps. Crosstown did. When I went in to see it and found out it was a special edition that is offered in the US I decided that I'd run some numbers and see if we could make them work. My polar for the Backcountry. And the team at Crosstown made them work. I now have an Electric Purple (the jeep version of plum crazy). From sales to finance the team did everything they could to have me in a jeep that I love. More
