Excellent service I had been to 4 different Chrysler dealerships before landing at Crosstown almost 3 years ago and I've never had the service I get at Crosstown. I've been dealing with Allan Angeles for the last two years and I highly recommend you go see him when taking your vehicle in. He's friendly and thorough when going over your vehicle and he seems to legitamitely enjoy his job. I've shown loyalty to this dealership and it is paying of with great service and discounts on services provided. More
Horrible service!! I own a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. There was a recall (power lift gate module) in October, so I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, Nov. 10 to get this don I own a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. There was a recall (power lift gate module) in October, so I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, Nov. 10 to get this done (I also said the reason for my visit) - after four hours, I was called only to be told they do not have the part needed to do the recall. I was asked to leave my vehicle there until Thursday! Good thing I didn't - the part did not come in until DEC. 28! Also on this visit, I was told my left rear axle shock was "sweating" (something they had repaired before) and to mention this the next time I came in, which I did (on Dec. 28) The recall was repaired that day, but the shock couldn't be repaired since they had to order bolts from Red Deer! Again, I was asked to leave my vehicle there overnight, which I did not. I had an appointment today (I was told to bring the vehicle in right at 7:00 and I wouldn't have to wait the usual 45 minutes until my vehicle could get in)....as of 1:15 this afternoon, my vehicle was STILL not in the shop - and now I have to leave the vehicle there over night! I am extremely upset and angry - I would not recommend this service department to anybody! I must say though, when dealing with all the different people I have dealt with, (and there are alot) they are nice and polite. I am extremely tired of waiting and getting the run around. I did not want to select the employees worked with because they were always polite and friendly - I'm just extremely frustrated!! More

Good sales, good service, what you want to expect! I've bought 3 new vehicles from this dealership over the past 10 years. I've always felt that I was able to achieve a good deal on the purchase of the new vehicle. Closure of the deal was done in an efficient and expeditious manner each time. Having said that, the main reason I keep coming back is the service department. They're very good, they try hard to get it right the first time, and they almost always complete the work required within the scheduled time while I wait. I travel all the way from Fort McMurray to get my service done. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. More

Dropped off at 9am and still not done by 4pm. I've worked in service departments of dealerships for 10 years so i get the frustrations but cashiers who talk with their mouths full doesn't help either. Just makes me think twice about a return visit. More

Took in my vehicle for warranty issues and wanted to charge me extra charges for nothing . He's rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever . I am never taking my new vehicle to Crosstown for service ever again . Do your self a favour and do not go to crosstown to service your new vehicle warranty doesn't mean anything there .
