2014 Dodge Dart I purchased a Dodge Dart and was promised 2 sets of keys was told they would see if previous owner still had the other set, I was then told I was to p I purchased a Dodge Dart and was promised 2 sets of keys was told they would see if previous owner still had the other set, I was then told I was to pay for another set myself. I had issues with the windshield washer sprayer not working, took the car in under warranty , they couldn't find the problem and charged me $95 to look at it. I have recently been contacted by Hoakey Fiddler Manager in used cars, he has taken care of my concerns with the keys. I recommend pat Savoie , he's the best salesman at crosstown . More

There was no selling me anything else once they put me in the Jeep Sport. They all worked very hard to get me financed. They gave me a referral fee because my friend bought her car at the same time. Poorest sevice EVER !!!! It cost my wife and I over one thousand dollars and eight days to have cosstown to evaluate and change a battery in a 2013 journay which I bought my w It cost my wife and I over one thousand dollars and eight days to have cosstown to evaluate and change a battery in a 2013 journay which I bought my wife new!! Which she told them it had a dead battery!!!! They also told her that her phone would not work in the hands free mode due to a software issue. We went To ST.ALERT Dodge I traded in my Truck for a 2016 Larami talked to them about crosstowns action and they have found out that her hands free moduale was Broke !!! YOUR LOSS Crosstown OUR GAIN !! Thanks for NOTHING !!! More

He told me he would contact me as soon as he knew what was happening after the truck was in the shop and keep me updated during the work day. He called me two times to let me know what was found.
