Marko Kamal was great to deal with as well on the financing side, not pushy at all but took the time to explain to me what Crosstown offered by way of extended warranty and so much more! Bottom line, I drove from the other side of the city on a recommendation to go see Ismail and it was worth it!! In the end I got the jeep I wanted for a great price! He made it worth the 5 hour drive to pick up the vehicle and we even purchased a second from him a month later! Lyle was also awesome! He's very easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or nervous while you're waiting for approval. He explains everything to you before signing anything and makes sure you're happy! Best vehicle purchase experience ever! So this has been a 3 year purchase process, when I first went to Crosstown my credit was pretty bad. They got me into a 2013 ram 1500 at a respectable rate and put together a plan to build my credit and eventually get the truck I've dreamed of. So a year late and another trip to Crosstown they put me in a 2014 ram 1500 at a lower interest rate and the same bi-weekly payments. After a year and a half, I drove off the lot Friday in a fully loaded 2016 Ram Rebel! At 0% and pretty much the same bi-weekly payments. They were willing to budge on price and even threw in a tonneau cover at no charge to me. I haven't been able to wipe the smile off my face. Thanks to Colin Dzurka on the previous 2 trucks and Jerry Joseph on the Rebel purchase. Will be recommending them to anyone I hear saying they are going to buy a new vehicle. More

I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an oil change + 50 point inspection + tire rotation + major fluids check or top up, was quoted $89.95 for all was char I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an oil change + 50 point inspection + tire rotation + major fluids check or top up, was quoted $89.95 for all was charged slightly more, this was rectified my service man. Was quoted $120.00 for brake fluid flush and change but then charged $190.00, called the service guy out on it to no avail, wasn't interested in an argument but will definitely not go back to this service centre and will make sure in the future to get quotes in writing.
