I would specifically like to mention Zak, who was kind enough to go over and above my expectations by showing me how to install a basic piece of equipment on my van. I felt that his service was friendly and informative and he didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. I appreciated that. Cassandra, Zac, and Art were all very friendly. Teddy is wonderful every time I come in. I didn't see him on this visit, but his kindness keeps me coming back! More

Where our experience differed was in the finance area. Jeremy was awesome. Cut to the point and made the experience enjoyable. He stayed after his normal hours to be there on our pick up day and made sure to answer any other questions we had, and to top it off he is the one that waited with us and eventually got us our keys and vehicle as our sales people were not available at the time. Our vehicle was missing a few things that should have been in it when we picked it up, but that was fixed in a couple weeks, all in all it was a good experience purchasing here. More
