Poorest sevice EVER !!!! It cost my wife and I over one thousand dollars and eight days to have cosstown to evaluate and change a battery in a 2013 journay which I bought my w It cost my wife and I over one thousand dollars and eight days to have cosstown to evaluate and change a battery in a 2013 journay which I bought my wife new!! Which she told them it had a dead battery!!!! They also told her that her phone would not work in the hands free mode due to a software issue. We went To ST.ALERT Dodge I traded in my Truck for a 2016 Larami talked to them about crosstowns action and they have found out that her hands free moduale was Broke !!! YOUR LOSS Crosstown OUR GAIN !! Thanks for NOTHING !!! More

He told me he would contact me as soon as he knew what was happening after the truck was in the shop and keep me updated during the work day. He called me two times to let me know what was found.
