The very first time we walked into Crosby's we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the sales people. They were not pushy in any way. One thing I really wanted was a Volkswagen Beetle but at that time they were not available. Now a few years later the Beetle is resurrected. I was invited to their annual car show and right there and then i fell in love with the Beetle. I contacted Conrad and say no more I ordered the car that I always wanted since a child. I have a feeling we were the people that bugged and bugged about the car (only because it was our first new car and we were beyond excited). Even when we picked it up we were given a little something extra from Conrad and that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The same goes for Andrea who worked her magic with us and got us into the car....wouldn't be writing this if it weren't for all her hard work.
