Excellent experience I went in having done a lot of research on the Golf R and having test-driven the car elsewhere. Jil did a great job answering my remaining questions. She and her team found the exact car matching my preferred spec with low KMs (which was great, since the Rs were becoming scarce at the time I was looking to buy). As a sales representative Jarrett Neal was knowledgeable and professional throughout the transaction. He answered questions when requested both in the office and on our two test drives without being intrusive and was comfortable letting the vehicle "speak" for itself. He appreciated our independent research into this and similarly competing vehicles and augmented it where necessary. He seemed to know the product line well and was conversant on the company's recent problems without being defensive. He worked with his manager, Kate Miller, to secure the vehicle we wanted from a dealer locate in another part of the province. The negotiations were reasonable and as stress free as they could be in the circumstances. He has offered to remain a facilitator with the dealership should the need arise to provide continuity of service. For this we are appreciative and recommend him to other potential VW purchasers.
