Lack of parts I've been taking my vehicle in for the past year for a reoccurring problem. They book my vehicle in and then I always have to take it back the next da I've been taking my vehicle in for the past year for a reoccurring problem. They book my vehicle in and then I always have to take it back the next day as they don't have the part(s) instock and they have to order it. By having my vehicle in two days in a row is a huge inefficiency not only for myself but for the dealership as well as it is taking up extra time that they can be working on another vehicle and having the shuttle driver driving me for a second day to and from work. More
Great Service Advisor Our Journey has had issues with front end noise. Service Advisor Darcy Lacoursiere was more than accommodating. He got our Journey in right away.
