Computer screen on my 2013 Ram It is not often that a company exceeds your expectations, but Gord and his service people did on May 31st. The centre computer screen had quit before It is not often that a company exceeds your expectations, but Gord and his service people did on May 31st. The centre computer screen had quit before and the dealer updated it. It quit again yesterday so I drove direct to the dealership to ask if they wished to see it and perhaps diagnose the problem. Gord looked at it , took the truck in and the service people fixed the problem, on the spot. I realize things cannot always be fixed on the spot but my wife and I do appreciate the extra effort and service. More

Service of 2016 Jeep Cherokee Last night I was driving my jeep to my Royal Canadian Legion Annual General Meeting. When I left the parking lot where I was, I heard a very loud squ Last night I was driving my jeep to my Royal Canadian Legion Annual General Meeting. When I left the parking lot where I was, I heard a very loud squeal and grinding in the right front wheel. I also heard what sounded like metal dragging.... I went to the service bay this morning without an appointment at 7:30am and they got me right in. They checked the vehicle, took the wheel off, did multiple test drives and found nothing. It appears it may have been a rock or some kind of debris that got stuck in the wheel. Long and short... They called me with results, NO FAULTS FOUND. When advised there was no charge for the inspection I was quite surprised. A very good surprise. Thank you again for the exceptional service. Now I can feel safe driving to Plentywood next monday for Memorial Day Parade (which my legion color party is marching in). More
