Oil Change was fast, friendly, informative. Just an oil change today; very efficient. Two oil changes ago there was a problem as the filter was not installed tightly enough. Fortunately my husband and I caught the problem quickly and he tightened the filter before it became a huge issue. That is the only reason the rating is a 4 and not a 5. When I returned for the next oil change, I mentioned it to the Express Lane Advisor whose only response was to say he would mention it to the folks working on my car that day and check to see who had done the work on the previous change. Nothing more was done to "make it right". I guess we should have told Gord; perhaps my husband did, I don't know. Anyway, today's Express Lane Advisor, Harry, I have not met before; however, he appears to be very thorough, efficient, and friendly. More
