Oil Change Overall good service but every oil change I receive at Crestview has the same issue of overfilling the oil. Getting better When I first bought my Jeep in early 2014 I dreaded taking it in the this dealership for an oil change. The "Quick Lane" is only open minimal hours on When I first bought my Jeep in early 2014 I dreaded taking it in the this dealership for an oil change. The "Quick Lane" is only open minimal hours on Saturdays and no evenings so I typically would try and take my car in Saturday mornings. The wait would be horrible, hours! Even when there would be only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me it would be 2 hours. The express lane advisor would always say there were short because of their foreign workers being on holiday. I heard this excuse many times. Recently I took it in twice and the Express Lane was WAY quicker and more helpful. I even told the Advisor, Harry Rehlan how much the service had improved lately and I no longer dread my oil changes. Keep up with the improvements. Kudos to Mr. Rehlan. It used to be so bad that I swore I would never by another Jeep. One more complaint - I had to argue one day I had my car in for service and they wouldn't give me a loaner. I used to always be offered a loaner car at my previous dealership if the work was going to take awhile. More
