Easyy Wanted to take my Jeep to the dealership that I bought it at to get a few things checked out. I called on Wednesday and they said "Yes, of course, no Wanted to take my Jeep to the dealership that I bought it at to get a few things checked out. I called on Wednesday and they said "Yes, of course, no problem, come in first thing Friday." Came in and they said that because my Jeep was under warranty that me coming in was a waste of time because they couldn't do anything if they found anything wrong since they weren't a Chrysler dealership. Seven AM me was not pleased and complained that the employee on the phone . Thankfully they gave me Kevin's number at Crestview Chrysler. I'm so glad they did. Kevin was knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. Since they needed to order in a part, I did have to come back the following Friday to get it fixed. That being said, my Jeep was ready in no time. I got a shuttle to and from work downtown. Bonus: they waved the labor fee. Got my Jeep fixed for free! Will come back again; no question. More

Kevin is simply the best service representative I have ever dealt with. He is personable, knowledgeable, empathetic, and likely the main reason I continually return to this shop when service is needed and why I will likely come to Crestview for all future vehicle purchases and subsequent maintenance.
