So Much More David did a great job of helping me find a car that I wanted. There was lots of communication back and forth by email and text, prior to my wife and I David did a great job of helping me find a car that I wanted. There was lots of communication back and forth by email and text, prior to my wife and I going in there to test drive. When we did, there was essentially just the one that we expected to go try. A Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. As it turned out, my wife thought since we were buying brand new, that there were one or two more options that she would like. David said, "no problem I have a Outland with those options and a few more. It's only about $1200 more." He took care of absolutely everything else for us. Booked the car in for the detailing and protection services that we wanted. He arranged a loaner vehicle for me. It was brand new, as well. Only had 75km on it, when he let me use it for a day. David was there every time for us and made sure the vehicle was right at the door, when we arrived. The very first night we had it back, I mistakenly messed up on the entering and starting of the vehicle, in the parking lot of a place that we stopped in. The vehicle thought we were then trying to steal it and it went into its security lockdown mode. We couldn't figure out a way around it, no how. The best we could do was set off the alarm, having the horn blast on us. This went on for awhile, was late into the evening. The establishment that we were at was even going to be closing soon. I knew that David always answered my texts or emails, even well into the night. I tried him one more time, even after this sale was over and done for him. He could've just wiped his hands clean of me. But nope, he answered and tried to talk us through it to get it started. It wasn't working. He got into his car, drove down to where we were, at 10:30-11:00pm and got it started for us. He really goes the extra distance in customer service and satisfaction. I'd highly recommend anyone to call him for help in purchasing a new vehicle. More
