It was unlike any other dealership experience I have ever had ( this is my fourth car purchased at a dealership). Let me tell you why. Besides having great cars, fair amount for trade ins and all that Jazz, when I walked in with my two small children in tow, Pete greeted me, AND my children. Most would be annoyed and not the least bit concerned about my kids. Not Pete , or the rest of the team for the matter. They brought them balloons, offered to entertain them, colouring books, and were SO hospitable the few hours we were there. I felt 100% comfortable being there today. Now I wanted a minivan . But I have a budget for monthly payments . But I really like all the bells and whistles. And while I was approved for the luxury van, it was out of my price range. Pete took note of my preferences and brought me another van- brand new, in my price range and all the bells and whistles - and I LOVED IT. And he brought my payment down even more, got me a seriously awesome warranty that gives free synthetic oil changes for five years! No deductible! The last warranty I paid out the xxx for didn’t cover nearly as much, had a deductible and costed nearly as much .. for one year!! You want a good deal? Good vehicle? People that actually want to meet your needs? Go to Crestview and go talk to Pete. You won’t regret it! More
