The sales staff was very pushy and not very honest. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and feel like I was duped. I will say that I should have done more research (that is my bad) I asked for sp I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and feel like I was duped. I will say that I should have done more research (that is my bad) I asked for specific features on my new vehicle and was lead to believe that the vehicle was not built with them. I did not realize the dishonesty of the entire ordeal until I was given a 2015 with every feature that I requested on the 2016 (as a loaner because my brand new vehicle had to be repaired). The truck had an electrical issue less than 10 hours in my possession, there were scratches on the doors a tear in the leather on the steering wheel and (truck was not cleaned or gassed up). What I got from the very aggressive sales manager Dave was that they would fix it and nothing else. Worse purchasing experience ever. I will never purchase another Chrysler Group Vehicle. Their service department is amazing. The reason I went to them to begin with. More
