And whoever took the call was extremely inpatient And Keep telling me they have 3 waiters And they didn't have my oil filter. It was appointment coordinators fault not his. When I asked for manager He refused to transfer me to the service manager. Well you shouldn't have booked 3 waiters at same time and your parts department Should get everything ready BEFORE customer show up not after they show up 2 hours and telling your customer you don't have parts for it. Extremely amateur procedures and unprofessional customer service. Will never come back. Will not recommend to anyone. More

Went for doing a recall. They found out about a squirrels nest in my engine bay and informed 300 plus dollars to clean it out. I arrive at my scheduled appointment time and had to wait 18 minutes in the vehicle until they moved 2 empty vehicles out of the way so I can proceed into the service area. When I spoke to the service person I was told I didn’t have an appointment and it will be about a 2 hour wait since they only had 2 mechanics on duty. I told him that I have a verification email stating my appointment and reference # but he said I’ll try to squeeze you in. He said a couple of times they are busy on Saturday’s. He didn’t want to see the email. I felt like I was an inconvenience since the system didn’t have me scheduled. Explain to me how I got a confirmation email but I wasn’t in the system. He took the VIN and found the vehicle that way. Overall it took 1 hour 39 minutes from my scheduled time to when the vehicle was done. (1 hour 9 minutes) after check in time. I have one more free oil change left from when I purchased the vehicle and I won’t be returning. More
