Disappointing Service Booked the appointment 10 days ahead of time and ordered passenger side window to be replaced. Brought vehicle in and was told at that time the window Booked the appointment 10 days ahead of time and ordered passenger side window to be replaced. Brought vehicle in and was told at that time the window was on back order. Got oil change and other service at that time. Decided to do own oil change at next service interval to discover that oil drain plug had been rounded off with an impact and was in there so tight I couldn't get it out. Arranged another appointment with Courtesy and was told that window was still on back order 2+ months later. No explanation given for drain plug. Previous vehicle was over-filled with oil resulting in damaged oil-pump. Was replaced on warranty, but it seems they can't even get an oil change right. Needless to say, I won't be back to ANY Chrysler dealer for service of any kind. Better of to go with a private, warranty-approved mechanic shop. More

New truck I came in looking to get an appraisal on a 2013 Sierra and was directed to Liz to help me sort out what I was looking for in a truck. I'm not a big ti I came in looking to get an appraisal on a 2013 Sierra and was directed to Liz to help me sort out what I was looking for in a truck. I'm not a big ticket buyer and I think she could tell that right away. I was offered a deal on a new truck but walked away from it. Liz called me the next day to see if there was something else more attuned to what I need and I told her about a truck I'd found online. Next thing she was working with me on finding the right deal, around my schedule even making sacrifices with her own to help me out. She was totally patient with me even on her days off and brought me down to look at another truck. She was ultra professional, likeable, personable, intuitive and polite and actually listened to what I was saying and responded appropriately. I'll recommend anyone to work with her if they're looking for another truck she is an asset to the dealership. Though I had the most contact with Liz, everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite even down to the financing when I finally made my decision to drive out in a sweet new truck that conformed more to my needs in a vehicle. I'm not an easy sale but everyone was easy going and patient with me. It took a week to get me into a new truck and everyone worked with me around my schedule. More

I can say that given my last two vehicles were purchased through them, today made it crystal clear never to bring my business to them. Customer service involves active listening and acknowledging my concerns. It seems the team only reacts to dismay or discouragement from the customer, then they take action. For example, I waited patiently for my appointment on the s08 recall, but weeks to months go by and no appointment . Called last month and said I was not on the list and would be scheduled shortly . I call this week and express my disappointment then all of sudden the parts and appointment are ready to go immediately ?! Also, I find it no coincidence whatsoever that your sales reps constantly call me to try and trade in the same vehicle while waiting for this appointment And now for the icing on the cake I am told that my Dodge journey needs a wheel alignment, according to courtesy I just purchased new wheels and got a wheel alignment weeks ago, but listening to your incompetent service and sales reps has resulted in a waste of my time and effort Let me explain what I mean ,I took my vehicle to fountain tire who did the wheels and alignment and they found no issue whatsoever When I purchased the same vehicle back in May 2015 it took months for the promised remote start to be installed. This is not service, this is a complete disregard to your customers More
