In the meantime, there were other vehicles on my list to view that day. In the end, I came back to Courtesy. The main reason for this, was the customer service. I'm the kind of 'buyer' who will walk away at any sign of pressure from a sales person... it rubs me the wrong way and lacks sincerety. While dealing with Ariel, he was patient with my questions and my desire to look at other vehicles elsewhere. The purchase process was simple, and he kept me updated with a few extras I had asked for. I would/will recommend Ariel and Courtesy to others, and will look to see how he can help me in the future. Good Will Warranty Expired I had just returned from a business trip where my odometer went over the 60 K on sensor coverage, by 240 kms. Ahmed Enahas was the service manager I had just returned from a business trip where my odometer went over the 60 K on sensor coverage, by 240 kms. Ahmed Enahas was the service manager involved and he authourized the warranty coverage of the repair of the oil sensor. This pre-emptive action made the experience less stressful and non-confrontational. I greatly appreciated this. More
