I came here with my friend after visiting another dealership with below service but as we entered here Ms. Jackie welcomed us in a professionally cordial manner and discussed with us our choices of vehicle and promised to work out a suitable deal for us. We almost settled a deal but i had to postpone due to other reasons for a month or so. but she remained in touch and continued the follow up. So we decided finally to go to Courtesy for final deal and she deserves top notch marks for making it happen. She addressed all our concerns in a pleasant manner. I am sure that she is an asset to the company and will certainly progress in her career with the great capability of maintaining a client-customer relationship even post sale.
