Defective car I bought a Chrysler 200 last dec 2016. Brand new had it 5 weeks and then entire computer system went on it. It was in the shop for nearly 3 weeks. The I bought a Chrysler 200 last dec 2016. Brand new had it 5 weeks and then entire computer system went on it. It was in the shop for nearly 3 weeks. They were kind enough to lend me a vehicle for this with no issue. Fast forward a year and the same problem is happening all over again. I go to take it in this morning and was told I couldn't have a loner vehicle because I didn't have a credit card. This was not explained to me on Thursday when I called. I also didn't require one last time. So I wasted an hour of my day for nothing. This car seems to have a defect and I no longer feel safe driving my family in it. Brand new car and its garbage!!! More
