I arrive at my scheduled appointment time and had to wait 18 minutes in the vehicle until they moved 2 empty vehicles out of the way so I can proceed into the service area. When I spoke to the service person I was told I didn’t have an appointment and it will be about a 2 hour wait since they only had 2 mechanics on duty. I told him that I have a verification email stating my appointment and reference # but he said I’ll try to squeeze you in. He said a couple of times they are busy on Saturday’s. He didn’t want to see the email. I felt like I was an inconvenience since the system didn’t have me scheduled. Explain to me how I got a confirmation email but I wasn’t in the system. He took the VIN and found the vehicle that way. Overall it took 1 hour 39 minutes from my scheduled time to when the vehicle was done. (1 hour 9 minutes) after check in time. I have one more free oil change left from when I purchased the vehicle and I won’t be returning. More
