I came here with my friend after visiting another dealership with below service but as we entered here Ms. Jackie welcomed us in a professionally cordial manner and discussed with us our choices of vehicle and promised to work out a suitable deal for us. We almost settled a deal but i had to postpone due to other reasons for a month or so. but she remained in touch and continued the follow up. So we decided finally to go to Courtesy for final deal and she deserves top notch marks for making it happen. She addressed all our concerns in a pleasant manner. I am sure that she is an asset to the company and will certainly progress in her career with the great capability of maintaining a client-customer relationship even post sale. Towards the end i would say that Courtesy has a wonderful team including Serge, Blair and Eddie. Nevertheless Jackie remains at top of the list for me since because of her mesmerizing personality and skills to convince we decided to purchase the vehicles form here. At first we thought that was a bit too welcoming, however, after discussing with him why we were there - had no intention of purchasing right then - Omar really was very low keyed and LISTENED to what we were interested in. He acted quickly on any of our questions, dispensed with the "sales pitch" when we said we wanted to just look at a couple of vehicles. He quickly helped us balance out which was the more cost effective with the best options for the price range we were interested in. Clearly the dealership has a "system" that everyone has to work within - Omar did his best to balance our approach to the dealership system - we appreciated that. We did purchase before we left - Omar is the reason for that - we know we will like our new vehicle very much - he even hooked up our phone before we left - would have taken us a while to do that.
