Customer Service Want to give a big shout out to Joel in the service dept for his outstanding service proved to me. Had my 1016 SET in for a shifting problem and he took great care in understanding my concerns and clearly was able to interpret my description of the problem and put on paper so the mechanic would understand whay I was trying to describe. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of how this awesome car operate and the mechanics behind it. A point of interest for me was that he took the time to ensure I was satisfied by way of follow up phones advising me of the diagnosis from the mechanic and the steps takes to resolve my issue. Within a week the parts had arrives and he had me in the shop the next morning. The service dept was expecting me and they had me in and out within 10 minutes and a shuttle home to boot with no wait whatsoever. Was shocked when I got a call from Joel within two hours of dropping it off, that the repair was completed and I even got my car back the same morning!!! Could not be happier with all of my experiences with Courtesy Chrysler from my initial purchase to the amazing job the service dept provides to its customer base!!! Now want to upgrade again with them and get a Hellcat!!! Thanks Courtesy Chrysler Team for everything!!! More
