Jackie Sylvester was especially helpful, I never once felt obligated or pressured into buying something that wasn't just right for my needs. Their General Sales Manager, Blair, was very sweet and worked with me to negotiate a price we both felt was fair. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, if you want a Jeep go to Jackie and she will take care of you like no other!! More
My experience was good I must say Omar is the man to see. I returned from a camping trip one weekend and my 2010 Dodge Ram rear end differential blew up! Taking out the driv I must say Omar is the man to see. I returned from a camping trip one weekend and my 2010 Dodge Ram rear end differential blew up! Taking out the drive shaft and transfer case yike's!!! I ended up at courtesy Chrysler and met Omar I told him what happened to my truck and he was on it. He found me a really nice 2015 Dodge Ram to replace mine and he bought my broken truck "Nice" I was pretty happy with the friendly staff and how everything worked out. Thx Omar 🎉 More

We had just come from a terrible experience at another dealership where there were high pressure sales and a total lack of human connection. Jackie and the gang at Courtesy not only treated us like family, but found us what we wanted at an incredible price. And the service didn't end there! Jackie gave our son a gift for his 1st birthday, they set us up with a little road care package and went out of their way to make us feel like we mattered. Jacking, Marc and the gang went above and beyond for us. We will be back again when it's time for our next vehicle! More

A new way to buy a vehicle. I know very little about vehicles, and even less about how much they do and should cost. The only thing that I do know is that I'm at a distinct disadvantage. Knowing what I don't know has resulted in this one, true fact: I have always HATED walking into a dealership, and the only thing worse than walking into a dealership is being a woman and walking into a dealership. All eyes turn to you...quietly evaluating the prospective opportunity that's just walked in the door. It's very difficult to build a trusting relationship with a sales rep when the only thing that you know for certain is that if they win, if you lose; the more you pay, the more they make. We all know the game, and it most often leaves us with a sour taste in our mouths. This time was different though, and that difference was Jackie Sylvester. It was clear from the beginning that Jackie was a different kind of sales rep. She was only interested in learning what would be the right vehicle for me and my family (which, it should be noted, wasn't the exact same vehicle that I came in looking for). She was patient and informative, and her honesty was truly welcomed. Dealing with Jackie was the first time that I've bought a vehicle where I truly felt that my sales rep was my advocate; trying to get me the best vehicle for me, at the best possible price. I truly wish that others, both at the dealership and in this industry in general, would learn from this example. (I didn't get this same vibe from the sales manager) As a business owner myself, I'd rather earn a smaller margin from a much larger pool of happy, satisfied, returning and referring clients, than a larger margin from a smaller pool of unhappy, one timers who will forever curse my name. That's just good business, and Jackie has it down. Kudos also to David Chopp in finance, who sharpened his pencil and went back to the lenders for us; getting us a better rate than we'd even hoped for; and Fuji - for showing us everything and more about the vehicle on delivery. All in all - we know we'll be back. Jackie has done a lot to change our overall car buying experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. When I parked on the lot and was greeted by Eric he put absolutely no pressure on me and asked what I was looking for, my wants and my needs. He showed me exactly what I was looking for without my time or his. He worked me up the ladder to the rest of the staff in a timely manner. It felt like a down home atmosphere in there where everyone is welcome, no matter what and it all started with Eric. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a vehicle. Kevin Y. More
