I had been calling Dodge dealers in Calgary looking for a service centre that had loaner cars for service customers, and to have a quote for the service. Every dealer had I called had a different price for the service and could barely tell me why it was going to be over a thousand dollars, and that they wouldn't be able to provide a loaner. I was so happy to have called Courtesy Chrysler and be patched through to Joel who was informative about what was needed, and the technical details of the service in general. Because of Joel's great personality and the quick and easy service work performed, I will be back for every service this Dart ever needs. He has made a perfect impression on a new customer. More
