Two hours for an oil change I arranged to bring my vehicle in at noon and wait for it as it should have only taken about half an hour to change the oil. After waiting 90 minutes, I arranged to bring my vehicle in at noon and wait for it as it should have only taken about half an hour to change the oil. After waiting 90 minutes, I went to check on it and the service guy I dealt with, Jeremy Rae, went to find out what was going on. He was gone for a while. In the meantime, Helmar Kujat asked if I had been helped. I told him what was going on and he questioned Jeremy. At that same time, Jeremy said he didn't know what happened, but they were going to do it right away. Helmar took my name and I went back to the waiting room. He came in and apologized to me and said as I have free oil changes, they wouldn't take this particular one off my contract and would throw in some windshield wipers. I thanked him and about half an hour later my vehicle was done. Jeremy was going to give me a jug of washer fluid for free and when I said that Helmar told me I would get wipers, he argued with me and said no. I told him never mind. I don't need fluid as I have lots at home. He said he would go check if I could wait a minute. Seriously? I'd already been there an hour too long and he wanted me to wait longer? I just walked away I was so angry. I won't be going back there for service but I do appreciate Helmar's assistance. And as an added note, no one introduced themselves. April Thomas was very informative and went the extra mile to print out some literature for me with questions I had during my initial visit. She was so kind to help me determine what size of tires and pricing for a future purchase. I also had questions about my Ram 1500 that were not about the service which she answered and educated me well. If only all service centers had this level of support. April Thomas does an amazing job and exceeded my expectations and beyond. Courtesy Chrysler should be proud for having April Thomas as your Service Advisor.
