Too many weird comments throughout the process and then I ended up not satisfied with my van as it wasn't all I expected as it was rushed. As well, it turned out to have a faulty passenger door that I now need to wait for it to be seen. Too much of a roller coaster ride. Definitely not the same experience I've had before when buying a car. More

Problem corrected Took my jeep in for an oil change. Turns out I needed to get the terminals of my battery cleaned. All sounded good. 3 days later the car wouldn't start because of a loose battery cable. Other than time lost all was fixed and looked after. Dealership called afterwards to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and that I shouldn't hesitate to call if there are any further issues. All staff dealt with from the phone call to book to the follow up phone call were extremely pleasant. More

My Dakota finally grew up to be a Ram!! Omar turned a day of despair into a wonderful day. I did not expect to buy, was at no time pressured, but when Liz and her team found the exact vehicle, price, year and mileage and able to get me way better financing than I expected I could not been happier. Our Service Advisor was pleasant, and went beyond his job to assist us. We have dealt with this dealership for almost 40 years. It is nice to be addressed with a pleasant, cheerful greeting from all areas. Pride in their jobs shows and is a real treat. More
