I never felt like I was taking up her time with questions about my Ram 1500. April Thomas was very informative and went the extra mile to print out some literature for me with questions I had during my initial visit. She was so kind to help me determine what size of tires and pricing for a future purchase. I also had questions about my Ram 1500 that were not about the service which she answered and educated me well. If only all service centers had this level of support. April Thomas does an amazing job and exceeded my expectations and beyond. Courtesy Chrysler should be proud for having April Thomas as your Service Advisor.
