She was super patient and helped answer all of our questions. She also went above and beyond even helping me after the sale was made when I needed other things at the dealership. Liz met me and welcomed me with a warm smile, she sat down with me and listened to my layman's version of what kind of car I wanted and she did helped pick out a vehicle that was beyond what I was hopping to get. Do not get their service Do not trust their service. They tried to overcharge to customer and pushed customer at the corner. I had a diagnosis at other place and some p Do not trust their service. They tried to overcharge to customer and pushed customer at the corner. I had a diagnosis at other place and some part need to be fixed. I was recommended to go dealer shop since it is going to be covered by extended warranty. My car went to their service on Friday morning (7:30am) and they called me at 4:10pm with un-acceptable option. About $1100 estimated for service and extend warranty company approved only $770 so I need to pay over $300.. - I never heard warranty covers partially. I ask Courtesy do not diagnosis since I already knew what's the problem but they said it is going be no charge. I knew they need to diagnosis in order to fix but it was not the time to fix.. They called me at the end of day (also, he will leave in 15min) and gave me options. 1. Getting service with paying $1100 ($770 from warranty and $330 from my pocket) and wait till Monday (they spent whole day doing nothing) 2. Not getting service with paying $150 Diagnosis fee. I believe most of people have a service because there is only $150 from their pocket difference. I took my car back without paying any money since I never heard service can be covered partially and asked not to diagnosis. they kept trying to excuses and blame my 3rd party warranty company. I went to another dealer-shop and got service done. ($800 whole covered by warranty). I believe Courtesy tried to cheat on me. They should take labor hours as like others. Otherwise, they need to negotiate with warranty company not trying to cheat on customer. Don't trust their estimation, way of approaching and recommendation. I don't trust the people in Courtesy. More

We had hoped to trade in our 2012 Focus and find a newer finacing option that would be safer and more reliable for our baby coming in the fall. The employee looking after us was Omar. Very enthusiastic and animated. But also humourous and genuine. At every corner throughout the experience, he had our best interest at heart. He would let us know every option available. If we needed time to think about our decision as the process moved along, that wasnt met with pressure. But understanding and support. If we countered with a plan that was more affordable for us then they did everything possible to get us that deal. Omar was supportive of every thought or detail we had to share. The manager that day who helped us was Eddie and he also was very kind and sincere. He didnt try to take over the negotiations or lead us in directions that were based solely on profit. We left with our loan being transferred on a solid return of value for the Ford Focus. Our car now is the 2015 Patriot. Only 15000km. Feels very safe and smooth driving. Storage space is perfect for camping as we already did a multiple day trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. In the past few years we have been taken advantage of by dealerships and mechanics for being a young couple. Now with our family growing, we 100% feel confident to return to Courtesy Chrysler for new vehicles and overall advice or guidance. Thank you to our sales representative Omar and his manager Eddie for being very helpful in this decision. All that stress before going in was laid to rest within minutes. Definitely ask for these two gentlemen when you go in!! More
