Buyer Beware. They tried to sell me a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 White Quad Cab with a towing capacity of 7600 lbs. Vin # 1C6RR7FG1JS133437. I contacted Chrysler and confirmed that it only tows 4400 lbs. Before putting a deposit down I had asked my sales man Rafael Adam and Barry another sales man they both confirmed that it had a gear ratio of 3.55 and can tow 7600 lbs. That truck had a gear ratio of 3.21 and only tows 4400 lbs. 5 days after I notified Rafael I had no response from him. I left 3 messages for Rick Purdy used sales car manager. Never received a call back from Rick. Spoke with Abdul who said he will have someone call me back. Again no call back from anyone. Finally the lady at reception was kind enough to take my concern seriously when I threatened to go to AMVIC. She had Omar call me back. They still have that Ram 1500 listed with the wrong gear ratio so they can sell it to another innocent customer. When they want your money they will call you 10 times a day. When customer has a concern no one answers. More
