The "exact" truck. I first visited Courtesy strictly out of convenience, as it was on my way home from work. I got to look around, no pressure, nobody jumped on me when I first visited Courtesy strictly out of convenience, as it was on my way home from work. I got to look around, no pressure, nobody jumped on me when I got there, which is typical of other dealerships. I got to walk around, and saw Mike Good by the row of new Rams. Mike was very helpful, new a lot of the details and did a great job adding excitement to the new Rams. I continued my search and research, and returned on a "private sales event" a few weeks later. Met up with Mike and discussed what I was after in a Ram, and got to talking numbers and options, finding out the "exact" truck wasn't in stock. At first I was disappointed with the appraisal of my trade in, and decided to sleep on it. We decided it wasn't the right time and also kept looking for the "exact" truck. A couple of weeks went by and Mike called, he found the "exact" truck at the lot, it had just arrived. Over the next 24 hours we worked out the numbers, negotiated an excellent deal (out of this world)!! to the point that I had to cancel a deposit at another dealership. Mike did his best, didn't forget about me, and both he and Justin were very respectful and did their best to put me in the "exact" truck I wanted. It's been 2 weeks and I love the truck. I would be happy to refer Mike and Courtesy because Mike didn't forget about me and what I was after, and Justin and Courtesy made the transaction painless. Kim in the finance office made everything go smooth and was great dealing with too! Mike and the gang even took care of getting a couple of additional accessories installed in time for the delivery.
