I have purchased several vehicles (GM and Ford) from other dealers in the past and the customer service does not come close to that which we received at Courtesy. Michael was very good with me from the moment I rolled(I am in a wheelchair) in the door. He was quick to answer any questions I had whether it was at the dealership or on the phone. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and have had experiences that range from mediocre to horrendous. Being that I have just recently returned to Canada after being in the United States for have had experiences that range from mediocre to horrendous. Being that I have just recently returned to Canada after being in the United States for six years, I was expecting major challenges and obstacles along the way. When I received a quick response to my online inquiry, and follow up by two other individuals on the team, I knew I was in good hands! The guys at Courtesy Chrysler not only found me the EXACT car that I wanted (all the way from Grande Prairie), they also managed to secure an incredible financing rate and kept my payments within budget. And ... this was all before I even met them in person (as this was done while living in Chicago and moving back home)! When I finally met them at the dealership, I was amazed at how much attention I received, even though the dealership was full of eager customers and potential buyers. They never pushed me aside in pursuit of another sale (which has been my experience many times before) and made every effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the service I had received. Don't get me wrong ... things were not perfect. There was a scuff on the front bumper of the car and I was unable to get license plates (due to the Family Day weekend). Regardless, like the "champs" that they obviously are ... they are replacing the bumper and are taking care of the license plates early next week. Their response to the situation is what makes them a truly phenomenal group of people wanting to do their best for their customers! You guys are all ROCK STARS and I am glad I stumbled across your site online. You've made my return to Canada a memorable one ... and made me realize (without a doubt) that Calgary is where I belong.
