Amazing dealership experience Having been raised in Asia, We really don't have any idea about Chrysler cars. but Ariel helped us in choosing the right car for my husband's needs. From the time we stepped in their office up to the picking up of the car in the afternoon, he was very helpful and accommodating. I think we almost spent half a day choosing and test driving a car. It was a pleasure meeting him, and would highly recommend this dealership compared to other Chrysler dealership in whole Calgary. Everybody are accommodating and ready to help. Hugh Bullen is also a friendly guy from the finance department, he even faxed the registry a copy of my insurance policy to finally get my license plate since we don't have a hard copy of my insurance. all the best! Decent dealer, no real complaints Went in specifically for their July sale. They were polite, not very pushy and I got my first new pickup truck! Tim was my sales rep and was friendly to deal with. My only beef is that they didn't have any of the 'cheap' vehicles they had advertised. None. Both the Chrysler corporate rep and the sales mgr referred to them as 'The Lost Leaders'. I'm very familiar with what a lost leader is but I'm surprised they still do that in this day and age. They were quite expert at turning me away from even asking about them and succeeded in putting me into a truck with a higher trim-line than I went in for. I got my truck for quite a good deal but I still don't like being manipulated into coming into a dealership when they only have one single vehicle of the type they advertised. I assume all other dealerships use the same tactic and I was always free to walk out without buying anything so the decision was all mine to make. I'm happy with the vehicle and the price I paid. More

In July 2014 we received a letter from Courtesy Chrysler inviting us to trade in our 2012 Dodge Ram Longhorn, we were skeptical because our last purch In July 2014 we received a letter from Courtesy Chrysler inviting us to trade in our 2012 Dodge Ram Longhorn, we were skeptical because our last purchase of our 2012 Ram was less than perfect and the service was very poor. We decided we would never do business with Courtesy Chrysler again. But, we decided to go in and see the salesman that sent us the letter, when we arrived we were introduced to Kelly Ryan and we immediately felt comfortable. Since this new purchase would be our third purchase with Courtesy Chrysler we told Kelly he would have to work very hard to regain our trust. Well, Kelly stepped up to the plate, he understood that trust was a major obstacle and he would show us that the new ownership was not based on sales only, customer service was their #1 priority. We developed a great relationship with Kelly over the next few days and we purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram Longhorn and every promise made to us was fulfilled by Kelly and the Courtesy team. We appreciated the integrity and respect Kelly showed toward us and over the few days it took to complete our deal our trust in the team at Courtesy Chrysler grew. Also, the financial details and paperwork were handled expertly, including arrangements for the insurance coverage for the new vehicle. In summary, the team did everything they could to ensure I drove my new van off the lot as soon as I purchased it.. Unbelievable service!! I am a very happy customer who would not think of going anywhere else!! More

way better than renfrew went here after renfrew chrysler was a disaster, they got the deal done quick and all was great. Only issue was the detailer did not have the vehicle went here after renfrew chrysler was a disaster, they got the deal done quick and all was great. Only issue was the detailer did not have the vehicle done on time so it caused a 2.5 hour wait. But the rest of the team was great. Will most likely buy from here again. More
