Horrible experience Dealership didn't take us serious on our interest to purchase. Made us wait over an hour for nothing. No prices. Two wasted trips. Very rude Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. Purchased from another Dealership 3.5 hours from test drive to completion of deal. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone and would strongly advise to shop elsewhere. More

Rob was a god-send! They were the one of the first dealerships I went into and the dealership to which I compared the rest of my shopping experience. And really...no one was able to ever compare to the service I got at Courtesy Chrysler Overall, when I went into all the other dealerships (and I do mean ALL...oi veh....there are so many!), I found myself leaving frustrated and exhausted. I had a budget and a function in mind. I knew what I wanted and had done a fair bit of research, as well as asking anyone and everyone about their experiences and advice. Everywhere I went, I was treated like a child. I'm a young, professional woman and about half the dealerships I went into either ignored me or I had to insist that at least one person answer a couple questions. Overall, having someone take me seriously and getting direct answers was like pulling teeth. BUT! Then I walked into Courtesy Chrysler. To be honest, when Rob helped me out that day, all of the other dealerships were in trouble. He was relaxed and open to hearing what I needed. If I asked for something, for information, more details about pricing, objective opinions, ANYTHING...he found an answer for me. Hahah I think it was one of the reasons I was so frustrated with the other places, I was just another sale at other dealerships and I never felt like I could relax and enjoy the process because I wasn't getting the details and attention I had at Courtesy Chrysler. Instead I had to navigate a whole bunch of hidden fees and fluff and still no have the whole picture. I would say "Can you get me anything under 300?" and I had one dealership respond "Numbers are easy! No problem!....380 okay?" and another offer 320.00$ only to come back after letting me drive it for the day to say "Ohhh! Glad you loved the vehicle but we accidentally quoted you on leasing it - it's close though! 420!"...what a nightmare. At Courtesy Chrysler, working with Rob, I knew exactly what I was getting into. I was able to compare different models and understand where the pricing was coming from and when I got into the financing office, there were no unpleasant surprises - everything was what I expected. It was so nice to finally feel like people were listening and taking me seriously. When I was sorting out vehicles and details with Rob, it was so much fun! I would ask if we could make my budget work or what my options were and he found not one but a couple in the range I had hoped for! FINALLY! Someone listens. It was so wonderful. Honestly, it was like hanging out with a friend, he was friendly and open and we'd chat in between sorting out details. My boyfriend met him and instantly loved him (mind you, it helped that he had an appreciation for the outdoors and climbing - so we always were on the same page). My needs were met and exceeded by my vehicle and I absolutely love it!! Even now, if I have any questions, I know I can give him a shout and he'll likely have an answer ASAP or know where I can find one. Anyone I talk to now who is looking to buy a vehicle, I immediately talk to them about Rob. He was fantastic and ultimately made the buying process a lot of fun! Great Buying Experience Came into the dealership looking to upgrade my truck. Darrell and Justin were great in trying to find the truck with the options I needed. However a Came into the dealership looking to upgrade my truck. Darrell and Justin were great in trying to find the truck with the options I needed. However all the options that I had to have did not exist in any truck that was already built. So they started the ordering process with me, something that I have never done before. It was a great experience to have the truck built exactly how I wanted. I was also pleasantly surprised when the truck was built and delivered much sooner than scheduled. The financing process was just as great as the ordering minus the having to spend money. Lanette made it super easy for me to decide on the payment and warranty options available. I would definitely recommend getting your next vehicle from Courtesy. More

My review We had a great experience with Darrell at Courtesy. He was very kind and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. My only complaint is that it wasn't fully explained and I still don't understand how to sync my cell phone with the van and sometimes we have to open and close the tv in order for it to 'turn on'. Otherwise the van has been great thus far and the service was great. More

From a Dodge or Ram perspective, I do wish that there was a RAM specialist who knew every little thing about the trucks, but that's a wish thing. I would recommend Darrell, Justin and Glenn any day. Carole was the reason I bought my vehicle from this dealership as opposed to another dealership. She went above and beyond her job doing research on what the dealership had in my price range, and even came in on her day off so I could have the vehicle for the weekend!! She kept me in my price range and got me an amazing Jeep!! Kim in finance was a gem to deal with, and again wasn't pushy and went the extra mile to get me in my Jeep that day! More
