Rammtastic experience It all started with a car dealer calling to give me a lower interest rate on a different USED dodge truck at a better interest rate than what I had.on It all started with a car dealer calling to give me a lower interest rate on a different USED dodge truck at a better interest rate than what I had.once we went to the dealer and spent several hours looking at trucks finding them extremely expensive for options that the Dodge trucks have as reasonable priced options and a 3 month waiting period for a very plain truck I decided to look at the Dodge dealers close to home.we test drove a used Laramie with I think every option.we were told that a new truck would fit our needs and financial situation.After the dealer giving us a tight price range and 2 trucks that fit in it with partial option packages.We were not really impressed.we left it to the dealer to find a truck that would fit better.They called Monday and said they put us into a truck and we should test drive it. We agreed and once we arrived found it to be a unoptioned truck and told it was the ONLY ONE in our price range because the were no more trucks available and they had the most in the prairie region.After a lengthy discussion on the way home and for several hours it was decided that it was not for us .I set out to find the perfect vehicle.Searching a 300 km radius I Found a suitable truck at a reasonable price.and asked my local dealer to find some details which they did and said come have a look.much to my shock it was not in their yard and did not know if the could get it .after some work I found it at COURTESY CHRYSLER and went to look at it.found it had just landed and would come back to look at as my local dealer did not try to get it.Kelly said he would come in on his day off to show it to us.After arriving and viewing the truck we were unsure of its fit to our needs.Kelly and Justin made an extensive effort to make sure we were pleased with the truck and other trucks to fit our needs(after a few hours of not being able to make a decision).We eventually decided to purchase the AWSOME Prairie pearl coat SLT 3.6L Ram 1500.We then went to chat with Glenn about the financials where he explained everything in great detail.He also answered every question I asked. All the paperwork was done and he headed home with our new Dodge knowing it was a wise investment.Thanks to Kelly ,Justin and Glenn for their time, and understanding not only to our needs but concerns as well as our timely and difficult decision and for being so friendly and honest. You will definatley see us again!! More

Special Order 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk While Kelly was not my original sales person, from the moment he contacted me saying he would be taking care of the delivery for me he was excellent. The Jeep showed up friday evening before i was leaving for a trip so they had to hold on to it for a few days till i was back. It was kept inside the whole time which i did not expect and appreciated very much. On pickup day, i had the pleasure of signing the paperwork with Kim, who i must say made that experience the most fun i have ever had signing away money LOL. i think we spent more time chatting then actually signing. Truly a great experience and great people person. When Kelly brought my Jeep around i was ecstatic. We got in, and he went through all the major features like a pro. Kelly really takes the time to know how the features work and explained everything in a friend to friend manner. I would highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler to anyone. Our purchase I was very happy with the service we received up until we came back to go over our financing. We waited while the finance lady Terri was with another I was very happy with the service we received up until we came back to go over our financing. We waited while the finance lady Terri was with another customer, which was fine but this ended up turning into a 2 hour wait, then as she was finished up and we though was ready for us another sale person brough in his customers to her and she started working with them. We finally said something to a gentleman who asked how we are doing (now 2.5 hours later) and explained that we were not too happy. He did get Darrell the sales guy we were dealing with and Justin and they managed to get us into see Glenn who finished up our paperwork, which would have been better had we been able to see someone else sooner. Overall we were very happy with the service and with our purchase just frustrated about the time we wasted standing around waiting for 2.5 hours to get our paperwork done. More

The Crayola Box of Service We were given the pleasure from Kelly Ryan to speak with Kim Power in regards to the next step of the process of buying a Dodge Ram truck. With us being the last customer of the night before the doors were getting ready to be locked she was still a starburst of energy and went over all the options that were available to us. As we did not want to make a decision that fast she was more than happy to say go home put your little one to bed and come back tomorrow or the next day when you are 100% sure with your decision. With her sincerity and understanding that it is a big decision when you are buying a vehicle she did not put any pressure on saying this deal is only good for today as we all know we have heard that saying before. We came back 2 days later as it was still unclear if the purchase would be made as we had more questions to be asked of her. All of our questions were answered and the decision was yes we would be new owners of a truck. Thanks and her box of crayons added more colour to the conversation and great drawings were made from our son for our file.
