Great experience from a picky customer Overall my husband and I had a great experience with Mike, Justin and Lanette. We initially went to Tower Chrysler looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan C Overall my husband and I had a great experience with Mike, Justin and Lanette. We initially went to Tower Chrysler looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan Crew Plus model and had a less-than-favorable experience with our sales rep there. We came over to Courtesy to compare vehicles and pricing and Courtesy ended up getting our business. We setup a meeting with them and when we went in, Mike was super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we met Justin we were pleased that he was actually interested in our sale, asked if we knew what we were looking for and told us he would give us a great price. In the end he sold us the R/T model instead of Crew Plus at a better price than we were getting for the Crew Plus at the other dealership. Justin was very friendly, direct and to the point and honest. We ended up signing for a vehicle the same night and went over to financing with Lanette, she was super friendly as well and easy to get along with. There weren't pushy sales with any of the people we dealt with, and when we went over other options with Lanette, she didn't do the big push but explained in a little more details the benefits to each decision. When we picked up our vehicle, everything was ready for us, there was a small hiccup as our vehicle was sent to another location to put on the 3M detailing and the van came back a little spotty from dirty rain, but Mike and Justin asked us a few times if we wanted to bring our vehicle back to get it all cleaned up and they apologized. Overall, we felt like we were taken care of by each member, we weren't just another sale, we were another customer. Only other thing worth commenting is the amount of time spent with Mike and Lanette, my husband and I love to build relationships with people and we enjoy chatting so we had a great time talking to each, but I think casual conversation took up about an hour more time than it would have taken just to go through all the information and sign. This might be a point to take note for customers who seem more rushed and just want to get in and out. More

I found Ariel (and his boss Matt) to be really helpful and professional. They then introduced me to Hugh to finalise the paperwork and he was really clear on everything and also very friendly and professional. Ariel kept in touch after I had bought the car to see how everything was going. I mentioned in passing that someone had scratched the passenger side door (looks like they hit it opening a car door in a parking lot). I was really surprised and impressed when Ariel swung by my office with some touch-up paint a few days later! He really went above and beyond my expectations and I was really impressed.
