One Happy Camper! After spending half the summer trying to get a deal done on a new Ram 1500 4x4 Outdoorsman at 3 other dealerships, I walked into Courtesy Chrysler and After spending half the summer trying to get a deal done on a new Ram 1500 4x4 Outdoorsman at 3 other dealerships, I walked into Courtesy Chrysler and talked to Michael Good and within 20 minutes after a test drive, I had my offer accepted and approved by Arsalan. Before my truck was ready for delivery, the Great Airdrie Hailstorm of 8/8 came into play and that's when Kris Laughton got involved, making sure Chrysler did the repairs, and since they took some time to do their thing, that I was adequately compensated for the inconvenience. I'm now the proud owner of the prettiest black and white Outdoorsman in Calgary! Now, as if I wasn't already happy with this genuinely helpful and patient and friendly sales team, Kris Laughton called to say I'd won their monthly draw for 10,000 loonies. WOW!!! During my limited contact with the Service Dept., I have found the Service Manager, Dan the scheduler, Joan the parts lady, and others, including the Courtesy Shuttle Service drivers, to be as friendly and helpful as the Sales staff. If you're in the market for a Chrysler product, my heartfelt recommendation is to go straight to Courtesy Chrysler and ask to speak to Michael Good.
