My dealer choice was for the brand I knew and trusted and its proximity to where I work and the fact that I received rebates because of the company I worked for, it was not for the customer service. After explaining my situation to the sales person who also introduced me to the manager we were able to make a great deal and I got even more than I was looking for in my new vehicle. After spending a minute or two walking around the lot, Jason approached me and the rest is history. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that it took no time before I had settled on the perfect vehicle. I never felt pressure from Jason to purchase right away and when I needed a night to sleep on it, he was nice enough to follow up and keep me updated during that period. I came back the next day, bought the car, and even had a bit more taken off the sale price thanks to Jason. After I decided to purchase the vehicle I was introduced to Glenn to deal with the financing. Just like Jason, Glenn was an absolute treat. I felt like there was complete transparency about what I was paying for and believe that he had my best interests in mind throughout the process. I feel completely at ease knowing that I have have the best plan for me.
