Great service, with a great price Ariel was a fantastic saleman. He looked after all my questions and got back to me right away. I did not feel any pressure or felt like he was trying to push a sale. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They went out of their way to deliver me the vehicle that I wanted on time and at a great price. After the sale, they were still interested in answering all of my questions and helping me out where they could. I was very happy with the experience and would defiantly recommend this dealership, particularly Ariel as your salesman. More

xxxx POOR yesterday's trip to courtesy was for an oil change. The actual oil change went fine aside from the fact that I had to phone to see if the car was rea yesterday's trip to courtesy was for an oil change. The actual oil change went fine aside from the fact that I had to phone to see if the car was ready, they did not call me. My big complaint was the 45 min I waited when I dropped the car off for a shuttle to work. Yes, I know that the shuttle is something they do not have to offer but 45 min! Thank God I have an understanding boss. I finally got a co worker to come get me so I don't know how long I might have been there. When I picked up the car I inquired about a part that was being ordered. After some humming and hawing they said yes it was there (why had they not called. I had been waiting for this for over 2 weeks). They go to put it on and, suprise, suprise, it is the wrong part, AGAIN. Now, I must in all fairness admit that at that point one of the service guys went out, got the proper part and installed it while I waited. So kudos to him but still..... More

Luv my Journey went to Courtesy just to have look & possibly a test drive. Met Mike Good, salesman who showed us a Journey in the colour and model that I was intere went to Courtesy just to have look & possibly a test drive. Met Mike Good, salesman who showed us a Journey in the colour and model that I was interested in. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the product and options available. After the test drive, Mike invited us inside to discuss our thoughts about the vehicle & the price and available incentives. The first price quoted did interest us although we were wanting a little better deal. Mike introduced us to Brad the Chrysler rep who gave some further incentive and after a little discussion with Justin, we came to a price that we were happy with and I bought a lovely new Journey. We then dealt with Lanette in finance for a good 0% finance deal. Mike & his team were a pleasure to deal with!!! Although my husband is still waiting for a Chrysler ball cap. We will definitely be referring friends & family to Mike in the future. More
